Christina Aguilera - Oh Mother
She was so young with such innocent eyes She always dreamt of a fairytale life And all the things that your money can't buy She thought that he was a wonderful guy Then suddenly, things seemed to change It was the moment she took on his name He took his anger out on her face She kept all of her pain locked away
Oh mother, be stronger From all of the tears you have shed Oh mother, don't look back Cause he'll never hurt us again
So mother, I thank you For all that you've done and still do You got me, I got you Together we always pull through We always pull through We always pull through Oh mother, oh mother, oh mother
It was the day that he turned on the kids That she knew she just had to leave him So many voices inside of her head Saying over and over and over, "You deserve much more than this."
She was so sick of believing the lies and trying to hide Covering the cuts and bruises So tired of defending her life, she could have died Fighting for the lives of her children
Oh mother, be stronger From all of the tears you have shed Oh mother, don't look back Cause he'll never hurt us again
So mother, I thank you For all that you've done and still do You got me, I got you, Together we always pull through. Oh mother, oh mother, oh mother
All of your life you have spent burying hurt and regret But mama, he'll never touch us again
For everytime he tried to bring you down Just remember who stood around It's over, and we're stronger And we'll never have to go back again
Oh mother, be stronger From all of the tears you have shed Oh mother, don't look back Cause he'll never hurt us again
So mother, I thank you (and I thank you for all that you've done) For all that you've done and still do (together we always move on) You got me, I got you, (you got me, I got you) Together we always pull through (always pull through) We always pull through We always pull through
Sugarhill Gang - Rapper's Delight
I said a hip hop a hippie to the hippie To the hip hip hop, you don't stop A rockin' to the bang bang boogy say upchuck the boogy, To the rhythm of the boogity beat.
Now what you hear is not a test - I'm rappin to the beat And me, the groove, and my friends are gonna try to move your feet See I am wonder mike and I like to say hello To the black, to the white, the red, and the brown, the purple and yellow But first I gotta bang bang the boogie to the boogie Say up jump the boogie to the bang bang boogie Let's rock, you don't stop Rock the riddle that will make your body rock Well so far youve heard my voice but I brought two friends along And next on the mike is my man hank Come on, hank, sing that song
[...]

¡Pasadlo bien!
Johann Sebastian Bach - Air on a G string
Sweetbox - Everything's Gonna Be Alright
Everything's gonna be alright Everything's gonna be alright
Whoever thought the sun would come crashing down My life in flames, my tears concrete the pain We feel the end, the darkest, deepest riverbed My book of life ain't complete without you here Alone I sit and reminisce, sometimes I miss your touch, your kiss, your smile And meanwhile you know I never cry Cuz deep down inside You know our love will never ever die
Everything's gonna be alright Everything's gonna be okay Everything's gonna be alright Together we can take this one day at a time Can you take my breath away? Can you give him life today? Is everything gonna be okay? I'll be your strength I'll be here when you wake up
Take your time, and I'll be here when you wake up
I never thought my heart would miss a single beat Caress your hands, as I watch you while you sleep So sweet, I weep as I search within To find a cure, to bring you back again And the sun will rise, open up your eyes Surprise, just a blink of an eye I try, I try to be positive You're a fighter, so fight, wake up and live
Everything's gonna be alright Everything's gonna be okay Everything's gonna be alright Together we can take this one day at a time Can you take my breath away? Can you give him life today? Is everything gonna be okay? I'll be your strength I'll be here when you wake up
Everything's gonna be alright
I'd give my life to only see you breathe again Hand in hand as we walk on the white sands To hear your voice, rejoice as you rise and say This is the day that I wake, and pray, okay? Tears in silence, as time just moves on You can't hear it though, but I'm playin' my favorite songs I miss you much, I wish you'd come back to me You see I'd wait a lifetime, cuz you're my destiny
Everything's gonna be alright Everything's gonna be okay Everything's gonna be alright Together we can take this one day at a time Can you take my breath away? Can you give him life today? Is everything gonna be okay? I'll be your strength I'll be here when you wake up
Stevie Wonder - Pastime Paradise
They've been spending most their lives Living in a pastime paradise They've been spending most their lives Living in a pastime paradise They've been wasting most their time Glorifying days long gone behind They've been wasting most their days In remembrance of ignorance oldest praise
Tell me who of them will come to be How many of them are you and me Dissipation Race relations Consolation Segregation Dispensation Isolation Exploitation Mutilation Mutations Miscreation Confirmation... to the evils of the world
They've been spending most their lives Living in a future paradise They've been spending most their lives Living in a future paradise They've been looking in their minds For the day that sorrows gone from time They keep telling of the day When the savior of love will come to stay
Tell me who of them will come to be How many of them are you and me Proclamation Of race relations Consolation Integretion Verification Of revelations Acclamation World salvation Vibrations Stimulation Confirmation... to the peace of the world
They've been spending most their lives Living in a pastime paradise They've been spending most their lives Living in a pastime paradise They've been spending most their lives Living in a future paradise They've been spending most their lives Living in a future paradise We've been spending too much of our lives Living in a pastime paradise
Let's start living our lives Living for the future paradise Praise to our lives Living for the future paradise Shame to anyones lives Living in the pastime paradise
La canción original de Stevie suena así...
Coolio - Gangsta's Paradise
As I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I take a look at my life and realize there's nothing left Cause I've been blastin and laughing so long that Even my mama thinks that my mind is gone
But I ain't never crossed a man that didn't deserve it May be treated like a punk, you know that's unheard of You better watch how you talking, and where you walking Or you and your homies might be lined in chalk
I really hate to trip, but I gotta lope As they croak I see myself in the pistol smoke, fool I'm the kinda G that little homies wanna be Like on my knees in the night Sayin' prayers in the street light
Been spending most our lives Living in a Gangsta's Paradise (x2) Keep spending most our lives Living in a Gangsta's Paradise (x2)
Forgot the situation, they got me facin I can't live a normal life, I was raised by the strip So I gotta be down with the hood team Too much television watching got me chasing dreams
I'm an educated fool, with money on my mind Got my ten in my hand and a gleam in my eye I'm a loped-out gangsta, set-trippin banger And my homies is down, so don't arouse my anger, fool
Death ain't nothing but a heart beat away I'm livin life do-or-die ah, what can I say? I'm twenty-three now will I live to see twenty-four? The way things are goin I don't know
Tell me why are we so blind to see That the ones we hurt are you and me
Been spending most our lives Living in a Gangsta's Paradise (x2) Keep spending most our lives Living in a Gangsta's Paradise (x2) Power and the money, money and the power Minute after minute, hour after hour Everybody's running, but half of them ain't lookin What's goin on in the kitchen, but I don't know what's cookin
They say I got to learn, but nobody's here to teach me If they can't understand it, how can they reach me? I guess they can't I guess they won't I guess they front that's why I know my life is out of luck, fool
Been spending most our lives Living in a Gangsta's Paradise (x2) Keep spending most our lives Living in a Gangsta's Paradise (x2) Tell me why are we so blind to see That the ones we hurt are you and me Tell me why are we so blind to see That the ones we hurt are you and me

Weird Al Yankovic - Amish Paradise
As I walk through the valley where I harvest my grain I take a look at my wife and realize she's very plain But that's just perfect for an amish like me You know I shun fancy things like electricity At 4:30 in the morning I'm milkin' cows Jebediah feeds the chickens and jacob plows... fool And I've been milkin' and plowin' so long that Even Ezekiel thinks that my mind is gone I'm a man of the land, I'm into discipline Got a Bible in my hand and a beard on my chin But if I finish all of my chores and you finish thine Then tonight were gonna party like its 1699
We been spending most our lives Living in an amish paradise I've churned butter once or twice Living in an amish paradise It's hard work and sacrifice Living in an amish paradise We sell quilts at a discount price Living in an amish paradise
A local boy kicked me in the butt last week I just smiled at him and I turned the other cheek I really dont care, in fact I wish him well cause Ill be laughing my head off when hes burning in hell But I ain't never punched a tourist even if he deserved it An amish with a tude? You know thats unheard of I never wear buttons but I got a cool hat And my homies agree I really look good in black... fool If you come to visit, youll be bored to tears We haven't even paid the phone bill in 300 years But we ain't really quaint, so please don't point and stare We're just technologically impaired
There's no phone, no lights, no motorcar Not a single luxury Like Robinson Caruso It's as primitive as can be
We been spending most our lives Living in an amish paradise We're just plain and simple guys Living in an amish paradise There's no time for sin and vice Living in an amish paradise We don't fight, we all play nice Living in an amish paradise
Hitchin' up the buggy, churnin' lots of butter Raised a barn on monday, soon I'll raise anutter Think you're really righteous? Think you're pure in heart? Well, I know I'm a million time as humble as thou art I'm the pious guy the little amlettes wanna be like On my knees day and night scorin' points for the afterlife So don't be vain and don't be whiny Or else, my brother, I might have to get medieval on your heinie
We been spending most our lives Living in an amish paradise We're all crazy mennonites Living in an amish paradise There's no cops or traffic lights Living in an amish paradise But you'd probably think it bites Living in an amish paradise
Fugees - Ready Or Not
Ready Or Not, Here I Come, You Can't Hide Gonna Find You and Take it Slowly Ready Or Not, Here I Come, You Can't Hide Gonna Find You and Make you want me.
Now that I escape, sleepwalker awake Those who could relate know the world ain't cake Jail bars ain't golden gates Those who fake, they break, When they meet their 400 pound mate If I could rule the world Everyone would have a gun in the ghetto of course When giddyupin' on their horse I Kick a rhyme drinkin' moonshine I pour a sip on the concrete, for the deceased But no don't weep, Wyclef's in a state of sleep Thinkin' 'bout the robbery that I did last week. Money in the bag, banker looked like a drag I want to play with pelicans from here to Baghdad Gun blast, think fast, I think I'm hit My girl pinched my hips to see if I still exist. I think not, I'll send a letter to my friends, A born again hooligan only to be king again.
I play my enemies like a game of chess, where I rest, No stress If you don't smoke sess, lest. I must confess, my destiny's manifest In some Goretex and sweats I make treks like I'm homeless Rap orgies with Porgy and Bess, Capture your bounty like Elliot Ness, YES Bless you if you represent the Fu But I'll hex you with some witch's brew if you're Doo Doo Voo Doo, I can do what you do, easy, BELIEVE ME Frontin' niggas give me hee-bee-gee-bees So while you're imitating Al Capone I'll be Nina Simone And defacating on your microphone.
Ready Or Not, Here I Come, You Can't Hide Gonna Find You and Take it Slowly
You can't run away From these styles I got, oh baby, hey baby Cause I got a lot, oh yeah And anywhere you go My whole crew's gonna know You can't hide from the block, oh no.
Ready or not, refugees takin' over The Buffalo soldier, dread-lock rhasta On the twelfth hour, fly by in my bomber Crews run for cover, now they're under pushin' up flowers Superfly true lies, do or die, Toss me high - only puff la, With my crew from lock high I refugee from Guantanamo Bay Dance around the border like I'm Cassius Clay
Ready Or Not, Here I Come, You Can't Hide Gonna Find You and Take it Slowly Ready Or Not, Here I Come, You Can't Hide Gonna Find You and Make You Want Me
A disfrutarlas...
ABBA - Gimme Gimme Gimme (A Man After Midnight)
Half past twelve And I'm watching the late show in my flat all alone How I hate to spend the evening on my own Autumn winds Blowing outside my window as I look around the room And it makes me so depressed to see the gloom There's not a soul out there No one to hear my prayer
Gimme gimme gimme a man after midnight Won't somebody help me chase the shadows away Gimme gimme gimme a man after midnight Take me through the darkness to the break of the day
Movie stars Find the end of the rainbow, with a fortune to win It's so different from the world I'm living in Tired of T.V. I open the window and I gaze into the night But there's nothing there to see, no one in sight There's not a soul out there No one to hear my prayer
Gimme gimme gimme a man after midnight Won't somebody help me chase the shadows away Gimme gimme gimme a man after midnight Take me through the darkness to the break of the day
Gimme gimme gimme a man after midnight... Gimme gimme gimme a man after midnight...
There's not a soul out there No one to hear my prayer
Gimme gimme gimme a man after midnight Won't somebody help me chase the shadows away Gimme gimme gimme a man after midnight Take me through the darkness to the break of the day Gimme gimme gimme a man after midnight Won't somebody help me chase the shadows away Gimme gimme gimme a man after midnight Take me through the darkness to the break of the day

Madonna - Hung Up
Time goes by... so slowly
Every little thing that you say or do I'm hung up I'm hung up on you Waiting for your call baby night and day I'm fed up I'm tired of waiting on you
Time goes by so slowly for those who wait No time to hesitate Those who run seem to have all the fun I'm caught up I don't know what to do
Time goes by so slowly Time goes by so slowly Time goes by so slowly I don't know what to do
Every little thing that you say or do I'm hung up I'm hung up on you Waiting for your call baby night and day I'm fed up I'm tired of waiting on you
Every little thing that you say or do I'm hung up I'm hung up on you Waiting for your call baby night and day I'm fed up I'm tired of waiting on you
Ring, ring, ring goes the telephone The lights are on but there's no-one home Tick tick tock it's a quarter to two And I'm done I'm hangin' up on you
I can't keep on waiting for you I know that you're still hesitating Don't cry for me 'cause I'll find my way You'll wake up one day But it'll be too late
Every little thing that you say or do I'm hung up I'm hung up on you Waiting for your call baby night and day I'm fed up I'm tired of waiting on you
Every little thing (Every little thing) I'm hung up I'm hung up on you
Waiting for your call (Waiting for your call) I'm fed up I'm tired of waiting on you
Time goes by... so slowly I don't know what to do
Every little thing that you say or do I'm hung up I'm hung up on you Waiting for your call baby night and day I'm fed up I'm tired of waiting on you
Every little thing (Every little thing) I'm hung up I'm hung up on you
Waiting for your call (Waiting for your call) I'm fed up I'm tired of waiting on you
Bob Dylan - Knockin' on Heavens door
Mama take this badge from me I can't use it anymore It's getting dark too dark to see Feels like I'm knockin' on heaven's door
Knock-knock-knockin' on heaven's door Knock-knock-knockin' on heaven's door Knock-knock-knockin' on heaven's door Knock-knock-knockin' on heaven's door
Mama put my guns in the ground I can't shoot them anymore That cold black cloud is comin' down Feels like I'm knockin' on heaven's door
Knock-knock-knockin' on heaven's door Knock-knock-knockin' on heaven's door Knock-knock-knockin' on heaven's door Knock-knock-knockin' on heaven's door
Aquí os dejo el tema en audio...
Gabrielle - Rise
I know that it's over. But I can't believe we're through. They say that time's a healer. And I'm better without you.
It's gonna take time I know, But I'll get over you.
Look in my life. Look in my heart. I have seen them fall apart. Now I'm ready to rise again. Just look in my hopes. Look at my dreams building bridges from these scenes. Now, I'm ready to rise again.
Caught up in my thinking. Like a prisoner in my mind. You pose so many questions. But, the truth was hard to find.
I better think twice I know that I'll get over you.
Look in my life. Look in my heart. I have seen them fall apart. Now I'm ready to rise again. Just look in my hopes. Look in my dreams building bridges from these scenes. Now, I'm ready to rise again.
Much time has passed between us. Do you still think of me at all? My world of broken promises. Now, you won't catch me when I fall.
Look in my life. Look in my heart. I have seen them fall apart. Now I'm ready to rise again. Just look in my hopes. Look at my dreams building bridges from these scenes. Now, I'm ready to rise again.
Yes, i'm gonna rise, and make it all right, I'm going to be who I want to be, yeah baby. I'm going to make it all right. I'm going to make it all right.
"En la tierra nada se presta tanto para alegrar al melancólico, para entristecer al alegre, para infundir coraje a los que desesperan, para enorgullecer al humilde y debilitar la envidia y el odio, como la Música".
